Nye Uniform Company

I will speak of the Grand Rapids location! I had a very pleasant experience. I spoke with 3 different people either by phone or in person and all were exceptionally professional.
I needed to order a couple white coats. I had no idea there were so many choices! There’s plenty of parking. The place was well staffed. The transaction was smooth.

This review is for the Royal Oak location of this business. The young man that operates the business (not sure if he is the owner) is very rude and arrogant! I ordered and paid for a leather jacket (though my department) and it was delivered. A few weeks later I get a nasty msg from this guy demanding an extra $ 50 because he claimed he didn’t charge me enough? When I spoke to the guy he was extremely rude and demanding. Eventually my department forced me to pay the extra $ 50!!! I’ve also noticed that this business is closed quite frequently in the middle of the week so that the owner (?) and apparently the sole employee of this location, can go to Grand Rapids for company business. If I had another choice I definitely would use a different uniform provider!
