Awesome selection of clothes for Grand Rapids. Though the shop was closed, Gina stayed open so I could quickly find a dress for a unexpected cocktail event tonight. She was great at recommendations and got me in and out

I went in with no clue on what to buy my wife for Christmas and the staff at Gina’s helped me pick out something fantastic. I know she’ll love it and really appreciate their dedication to service and style.

Downtown Grand Rapids is really lacking in clothes shopping which makes Gina’s a must see. Their cute, comfortable and stylish clothes work for just about anyone. I only wish they had more inventory.

Usually I like going to Gina’s, but a few days ago I went in and the employees(including Gina the owner) were very rude to me. No one greeted me when I came in or asked me if I needed help while in the dressing room or said goodbye.

Gina’s is a long time resident on Monroe ave offering a wide selection of women’s clothing at reasonable prices. I like that what Gina offers isn’t what you will find at the mall– a little bit funky, a little bit trendy and all original things here. Not sure who Gina is since I see different staff all the time, but they are nevertheless, just as helpful if they were the owner themselves.

Great boutique. Helpful staff. It is easy to walk out of there with something you didn’t know you needed. I like that the clothing is different than what you would find at the mall stores. The employees are very helpful but not pushy, which I love!

I wander in and out of Gina’s like a bookstore. Just browsing and looking, and unfortunately for my wallet, never leaving empty-handed. I can’t figure out who Gina is, since there is always someone new working there, but they do a few things right: 1) Good merchandising — they get new products in several times/month and switch up their displays often enough that it feels more frequent. 2) Good prices — not cheap, but not expensive — a good value. 3) Hollywood & Spanx. Now, if you have never tried Hollywood Tape or Spanx, well, you just have not LIVED. They carry the whole line here, and it’s super convenient because unlike a department store(if you are lucky enough to find these products in The GR at all), you don’t have to wind your way through a maze of cosmetic counters, hats, gloves and escalators to buy one small thing! Here, it’s like a drugstore — zip in and out — with your fashion secrets safe! My only suggestion for Gina’s is to be bit more forthcoming on the sizes. Sometimes, they have things in the back, but you are forced to ask vs. have it offered up initially… just be a wee bit more helpful is all I ask. Oh, and get that dang door fixed so it stops slamming so loudly — it makes everyone jump out of their skin when that thing shuts. TIP: The Local First coupon book has a $ 15 coupon — easy to spend here. Keep it up. My wardrobe thanks you.
