Went in to cut and spiral bind a textbook. The employee destroyed the first 50 pages of my book because he failed to double check the machine. I was obviously upset because the idiot just ruined a brand new $ 50 textbook. To make things worse, the guy had the nerves to give me an attitude. I went back the next day to speak to the manager. Although she was apologetic about her employee’s mistake, the only thing she said that she could do for me was to give me my ruined textbook for free… WTF.
