Walgreens

I went to this location yesterday to pick up a framed canvas for my mom for Mother’s Day, they had trouble the night before with the canvas wrinkling when they would put the frame on it. It turned out better than before and Heather (I think was her name, that’s what is on one of my receipts) was super nice and helpful and they had to try it multiple times to make it better. The manager yesterday was also very nice about the slight delay it took to make it better. Just wanted to thank them again for great customer service throughout the whole process.

This is my personal walmart, I almost always find anything I need here and there are great deals on old holiday things the days after the holiday!

The pharmacy here is so bad. No matter what tjme of day you come the wait to pick up your meds is at least 15 mins wait. The reason I picked this location is because it’s the closet to me. Once my nurse sent in a prescription an accident for fora glucose test machine I try to return it but the pharmacy wouldn’t let me. They said once it leaves their counter it cannot be returned. I understand if it was pills but I haven’t even open this machine I just bought 15 mins ago. The manager refused to give me a refund even though it was not my fault. I then called walgreens and their manager told me I could return it then I drive back here just for them to tell me no again. The pharmacy said if I purchased from walgreens I could of returned it but it’s cause I bought it from them. They also sell higher for their prescription machines than walgreens. They kept telling me it’s state law and I cannot return from someone else mistakes. I told them they need a sign where we know once we leave thier front desk things like that cannot be returned.

I usually utilize mail order pharmacy for my maintenance medications but use this pharmacy for short term fills. This pharmacy location is always understaffed and overworked. They take way too long to get your prescriptions ready. Instead of the usual 15 – 20 minutes, the staff tells you to come back in 2 hours because they are very busy. The pharmacy staff are always struggling with managing the drive through to the cash register to getting meds ready.

Employees are friendly and helpful :) I had a problem & they’ll were able to fix it at their best ability :) very clean and well lit & well located items were placed were they should be & everything organized :)

I wasn’t going to poop at my summer fling’s house, in fear of clugging the toilet in front of him. I don’t even think he has a plunger. Ultimately, I did clug the toilet here, but luckily there was a plunger so I could fix the damage without anybody noticing. (It’s like getting away with murder here.) Trust me, I don’t think any respected employee would want to deal with that.
So 5 stars for that.
On the other hand, I’ve had some great pictures from the best two weeks of my life developed here. I’ve had two film cameras here, the first set turned out great, except for the pictures where I didn’t use flash indoors (Could be my fault), and I had another set but my fling told me that they turned out terrible.
Let’s hope he wasn’t lying as an excuse to keep those pictures, as he never sent them to me… I bet he burnt them by now.
By the way, Walgreens has the best bottled water brand ever. I’m too pretentious to drink tap water.

Me and my family always come here when we need something quick. Definitely a great place to shop! I’d recommend you give it a shot if you’ve never been! Quick and easy.

A great place to go in the middle of the night when you need one or 2 items.
