PLEASE DONT IGNORE MY REVIEW
I will make this as quick as possible. Here is my experience at The Fairways/​Three60North apartments.
I was 9 months pregnant in the end of May when my 1^st floor apartment flooded 4 times from rain. There was 12 inches of standing, disgusting water.
They only wanted to dry it with fans.
I fought them so they replaced the carpets.
I discover mold, up 2 ½ feet in my walls.
They just spackled it and didnt replace any drywall.
Would you let a newborn live in a mold walled home?
Because of the flood, my home was uninhabitable for 5 weeks. I legally could not live there. They STILL made me pay rent or I was evicted. Did not pro rate.
They said they cleaned my flooded apartment top to bottom.
It STILL smells like mildew and has bugs and dirt caked on the laminate.
They «lost» my 30 day notice and made me pay 2 extra months of rent after my lease.
The JIK Properties Management are liars. They lie straight to your face. Maintenence fixes issues with bondo and paint. It takes weeks for them to finally fix it. There is mold in the walls. The buildings have shifted so bad I can barely open and close my door.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. You will regret living here.
