Sugar Creek Apartments

Worst managed and maintained apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The manager could care less about your problems, she is a horrible person and has the worst customer service I’ve seen to be a manager of any property. The maintenance crew couldn’t fix anything, even if they did decide to come out and look at the problem. Not to mention the crime in the area is not great either, expect to always hear gunshots and see police and ambulances just about everyday. DON’T MOVE HERE, you will regret it.

This place is bad. Really bad. Do not even consider this place in your search for an apartment. Plenty of other complexes in the area that charge the same price that are so so much better! Noise is a very serious issue. (I’m in a bottom floor unit) I have lost sleep, gotten countless headaches, and my poor dog shakes constantly. The worst part is that the office staff is rude to ME when i call to complain about it. The have a «just deal with it» attitude. After 3 months of complaining just about every other day, the best solution they gave me was for me to move to different unit. Not caring that i have to pay fees to have my cable and electric transferred, and the charges for me to hire someone to actually have my things moved. Basically they just don’t care about there tenants or the issues.

Talk about the worst place to live in the planet. Bad management bad neighbors and a ton of crime every single day.
