I don’t know why I continue ordering from this location. Waited over an hour for my food and when they got to my house they didn’t have my whole order. After waiting for them to drive back and get the wings I ordered they weren’t even the right thing. Clearly they don’t drug test at Pizza Hut. The delivery guy was stoned and so awkward.

Wish I would of seen reviews before!!! We stayed at the Crown Plaza & placed an order through the app(which I do from everywhere we go). They took longer than an hour, forgot the dessert the ordered, one of the sodas, no crushed pepper, marinara sauce for the bread sticks or ranch for the tatter tots with jalapeños… I called the place, they hung up about 4 times. Finally got a hold of someone, they pit me on hold… So I decided not to bother anymore… We will be going back to Arlington a few times this year… But definitely skipping this place

Wow I see why this location has a 1 star rating! I ordered a family order of pasta today and got the confirmation email that my order would be ready in 15 minutes @ 4:01 pm I arrived at there drive up window which is pretty cool but what happend next wasn’t. Got there right at 4:01 pm and watied for over 10 min with not one employee coming to the drive up window to acknowledge me or even advise me on a wait. A simple sorry for the wait i’ll be with you as quick as possible would have been great. I watched 3 employees look over and not one came over to help. I understand that they might have been busy and phones probably were ringing off the hook but the employee that was worried more about mopping than helping customers should have been directed by management to at least acknowledge that they would be right with me. Left without ever talking to not one employee and waited over 10 min. What was crazy was that during the wait we watched as walk in customers that have to park at the gas station that don’t want to go down and make a u-turn on the 161 service road due to location were getting there food without any delay. It’s cool that they have a drive up window for parents with a car load of kids so we don’t have to get them all down because we all know it takes longer to get them in and out than it does to get your food but what’s the point if they don’t use it. This isn’t the first time I have had problems with this location but it will be my last. Poor managment seems to be the problem… last time they gave me cold under cooked pasta that I know was leftovers and when I called and told the manager all I want was them to remake my order he told me they couldn’t because they already turned off the ovens even though they were going to be open for about another 20 minutes. That time they just gave me my money back… tried to give them more chances b/c it’s great food but no more for me. Might give a different location another shot but what I can tell you is that Papa John’s has been getting 90% and looks like they just got the other 10%…plus Papa John’s you start racking up points evertime you order anything and I I have already earned 2 free pizzas

Wish I’d of checked the reviews before I ordered!!! Same story: crappy staff, ghetto ass location. At least they got my order right, tho its hard to mess up breadsticks and a personal pan pizza. Was probably too much to ask to heat everything up tho, huh? Lastly, I’m pretty sure they just split my original marinara sauce between two cups when I asked for an additional sauce.(Paid for, not at the end!!) Won’t return!!!

Ok so I came here with my son so he could hey him a little personal pizza the pizza itself is not the reason I’m writing I’m a cook myself so I look at other things in more in detail the person that was taking my order nails we damn near black and dirty and not the type of dirt from a hards day of work but from what looked like other hygiene problems. The management needs to fix this asap…

This location is the worst place ever. DONOT order from here. When my pizza was delivered it was cold and was missing jalapenos. So I called them and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. So then I called back and a girl named Elizabeth picked up and I told her that my pizza was missing jalapenos. So then she said hold on and then hung up on me. So I decided to call again and this time they didn’t answer. This place is unprofessional and for goodness sake you only have one job to do. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos. How freaking hard is it to remember to put some dang jalapenos on some dang pizza! It’s not a rocket scientist job and the people that is answering the phones like Elizabeth give poor customer service and shouldn’t work in a food/restaurant industry. Aren’t you supposed to QC the order before sending out? I will notify corporate in regards to this location and hopefully they will bring in some new staff because I’m a paying customer so I should receive at least some decent customer service.

This was by far the worst order transaction I’ve ever had to endure with Pizza Hut. I order from this business atleast 3 times per week and this one time I wish I hadn’t. I placed the order online at 5:24 pm 03÷06÷14 to be delivered to a friend’s house at 8:45 pm the same night. I called to check on my order at 8:43 pm and was told that my order was«almost ready» and would be «the next out the door.» OK! The store is only 6 minutes away from the location it was being delivered to so I accepted that. At 9:15 pm, I called and didn’t get an answer. At 9: 30 I received a call from them that said«I apologize that we were running a little late but, your order will be the next out the door.» At 9:48 pm, the driver called to say he was«on his way but had to stop for a train.» He made it at 9:54 pm. We paid the full price for the meal, it was VERYCOLD, the cheese sticks weren’t cut, there was no dipping sauce, There may have been 2 pepperoni slices on each slice of pizza, and the wings had little to no sauce on it. Doors are locked wt 9PM for«security purposes» but the website says nothing of the sort, and the hours on the door say 11PM. Whataburger was more than happy to let me in to order food.
