Danger — Avoid this business
My home warranty company sent this company to my home. They told me they had never seen hinges like the ones on my garage door — an «Overhead Door» garage door. They would not return my calls. They would not return the calls from my home warranty company. They would set up an appointment with me then not show up. When they finally made the repair to my garage door, more than a month after their first visit, they left my door in worse shape than when they first came out. They removed a pin on the assembly and my garage door fell on top of me.

This company is a joke! They come out for home warranty work down graded my unit from a ½ it a 1/3ed HP and the unit is so cheep it’s not compatible with my vehicles! Be ware!

Used this company for a complete new install. 100 days later, 10 days past just a 90 day warranty, it came off the track. They said they’d come fix it but would be a paid repair. I had a problem paying a company to fix what they just installed. I called another company who came out and gave us a list of things they found wrong. The new company couldn’t believe this company would do as sloppy of an install as they found. $ 135 and 7 months later its still working. Thank you new company, not this one. The other company corrected everything. This company did a sloppy new install that lasted just over 3 months.

INCREDIBLE! My car was locked in my garage, because my spring broke. They came out Immediately! They are VERY professional and have AMAZING Prices! I also found the staff Extremely kind and took the time to explain everything that was wrong. Not to mention taking the Extra Mile to make sure everything else was functioning properly!
