They are lucky to get 1 star even. This office is SO horrible with scheduling or keeping client informed. 1st time I ever visited I needed a cleaning, so I set up my 1st appointment for a cleaning so they said. Turns out I get there the do xrays and full overview then tell me this is all they can do this visit I need to come back for a cleaning. I was mad to say the least, a cleaning was the ONLY reason I was visiting because I had to get it before I got my braces put on by Apple Ortho. 2nd visit was for today 12÷28÷15, I called way back on 12÷18÷15 to make an appointment for a toothache, they said they could see me 12/21, I asked if they had some thing week of 12⁄28 since I was off work that we, person in the GP office said sure come in 12⁄2810:20am. Fast forward to today, I get there and they tell me they don’t have me on the schedule but oh hey you couldn’t wait as a walk-in but also there are a crap load of people here so you will have to be patient because we have a lot ofpeople scheduled and a lot of walkins already. So I show them what number I called on December 18 and I called it right in front of them to find out who screwed up my appointment and guess what the lady right in front of me answers and places me on hold I told her it’s me you and this office screwed up my appointment, all they they could say is oh sorry like we said you can wait as a walk-in, needless to say I walked right on out. HORRIBLESERVICE!

The dentists and technicians here are very nice, and the actual appointment and service is fine. The big problem is they are SOBAD at answering the phone. I’ve had two appointments this year and have had to reschedule due to illness, and the only way I could get them to sign me up for a new date is to have a relative visit the office itself. I work in North Dallas from 8 – 6 and don’t get to Grand Prairie until about 6:45 every day. The office isn’t open on weekends so it’s impossible for me to visit during open hours. I shouldn’t have to ask a relative to go to the office to reschedule — that’s what the phone is for! Two weeks of calling and leaving voicemails to get no response is aggravating. I would switch offices if I weren’t on insurance with my family(we all go there because it’s close to home). The only call I got back in those two weeks was to my house phone reminding me about my appointment(the one I’ve called about 4 times to reschedule). I truly don’t understand. Changing up what time of the day I call doesn’t matter either. I will keep going because of my family, but I’m looking for a new office if I can get one.

Yes I have heard about Monarch. I have been here too many times to count and have always been treated well. I am seen in a timely manner and billing is explained well. I undersand the wait times can be long but after coming here over ten times I think I only waited one time. The work they do has been pretty solid. I had a root canal, crown, fillings etc. All the work done had been good and I have no compliants.

I went there on a Saturday to have two teeth pulled. After waiting 2 hours, they didn’t even do it! What a waste.
