I cannot get enough of mixed up burgers. Their customer service is always well above most other restaurants in the area. The food is also fantastic. My go-to meal us the Jethro with curly fries and fried pickles. Not healthy, but certainly makes my tummy happy!

Love coming to this place! The burgers are amazing and well worth the little extra wait time. The fries are addicting as well. Tuesday’s are ½ price burger night so if you wanna try it out then that’s the best time to do it. Just be prepared to become a regular after that. We have always had great service provided by Kara on most nights. Check it out!

The food was ok, too bland for my taste, but my kids liked it. There wasn’t a lot of people there but I feel we still waited a pretty long time for our food. I don’t think I’d go back.

Great selection of creative burgers. I ordered the grilled cheese tomato basil burger which was a burger with two grilled cheese sandwiches. We ordered ahead and picked up our burgers.

Would have given them a 0 rating if I could. My husband and I walked in and the young lady greeted us. We chose our seat which was a dirty table so the young lady comes by and says let me get a towel to clean it. Ok we say. She gets the cleaning supplies and cleans 2 empty tables before she decides to come our way. There was another lady and child to walk in after us when she decided to come our way only to clean their table. We were already leaving at that point. Asked to speak to the manager, which was the cook. She apologized half-heartedly. The young lady comes to the counter and begins to try to explain herself by being argumentative. I never use the race card but we were the only blacks in there and she was walking right past our table to clean one of the white people that walked in behind us.

The only complaint we ever have here is that the food takes a little extra long to cook, but that’s because it’s so damn fresh. We figured a way around it, though. By ordering over the phone, to-go orders get over up. So we just call it in and it’s ready when we get there. Don’t worry; we don’t take advantage of the system by still eating it there. We always take it home. Besides, the burgers are so big, it’s better to eat at home so I don’t have to drive all the way back with such a heavy stomach load. Keep it up!

You could grow old and gray waiting on your food at this place. Not very busy today, but an hour in and we’re still waiting. Nice place, but don’t go unless you’re interested in spending the afternoon.

I always leaving super full! I’ve been to both locations, one off of 360 and the other inside the GP Municipal Airport off of Great Southwest; both are great. I love the buckshots, i don’t know why. The one inside the airport, Tuesdays are half off burgers but very possible it’s the same deal at the other location as well. I always receive the best service and approachable staff at both locations. Also, don’t think they forgot your extra toppings as it’s all MIXEDIN to your meat! The best part of it all! Enjoy!

I had the Joe Schmoe burger with a fried egg added and it was pretty good and I also had some delicious onion rings. Best onion rings I have ever had at a restaurant. The best thing about this place though is location. There was a pretty long wait so I sat by the window and watched a few planes come in. You can also reserve this place for a private party if you want. Its a big open room with high ceilings and nice décor on the wall of things about the City of Grand Prairie. The employee that helped was very helpful and busy as she was the only waitress at the time. It was a little after regular peoples lunch time so not sure why the wait was so long but it was worth the wait. Pros: Very clean Scenery Good prices Cons: Long Wait

The burgers were great. I have no complaint about them. The fries were also delicious. Our problem was $ 5.50 for a small bowl of Kraft Mac n cheese. The beers we had were also overpriced. Overall, we liked it but I would have ordered my kid a burger if I knew he was getting something I can make at home for $ 1

My husband and I were here yesterday. It was delicious. The food was served hot. Portions were very generous. Plenty of fries to share. They have a burger of the month. Definitely try it. This month is Tamale Burger.

Customer service: spot on! Food: not so much :/ Atmosphere: very nice sports bar meets business This place was kind of difficult to find. It’s located inside the grand prairie municipal airport. My family of burger connoisseurs all ordered burgers since we were assuming that’s what they’re known for.. Unfortunately, we should have mixed it up a bit. Most of the ingredients are mixed in the ground beef and then cooked. We all tasted each other’s meats and they were uniformed :/it was lacking that juicy/flavorful quality that we tend to look for in burgers.
We did try the boneless wings as an appetizer and those were absolutely amazing. Our server was very attentive and our cook(which we could hear from our table singing an Alicia Keyes song), was generous with the fresh cut fries.. May come here to try something else other than the burgers..

Was craving some burgers this past weekend and I read about this place on Unilocal.thought the concept was pretty interesting so we drove by to try it out. We passed up the place initially as we didn’t realize it was literally by the airport. Looking at the menu, they have some pre-selected options available and we thought we’d try these out. We got the frito pie, ring of fire and the texawowie. The texawowie was very interesting, definitely never had this combo on a burger before and yum! it was great. The frito pie really surprised me, as I thought this was going to be salty but it wasn’t. It was seriously like eating a frito pie inside a burger and it was topped with some good chili as well. The ring of fire patty was breaking apart like crazy. It had a ton of bacon but not that much of the ground meat. I was so glad the lady told me to put the sauce on the side because it was truly very spicy and I enjoyed it in moderation. The burger itself was good and flavorful. We got the curly fries and although it came in a basket, the portion was pretty small. Overall, we enjoyed the burgers here quite a bit. They did take a really long time to bring out our order, but I guess that’s because they are still making the patties. I would love to come back and try other combinations or perhaps make my own. It just sucks that it costs a dollar extra for each thing I put into my burger!

Loved this place. The fact that you can put anything you like mixed in that delicious meat is amazing, and very different! The buns were also not the typical buns, they were even better!

After a little over a year I figured it was time to update my review on the Airport location of Mixed Up. Not much has changed. Service is still slow and the wait staff is not very educated on how the restaurant works. After a long week at work my co-worker and I dropped in for some burgers. I wanted to try a Mix-a-rita but despite being on the menu, there is no margarita machine at this location. Fail. Since there were no margaritas, I decided on fries. Mixed Up’s fries are typically pretty good. My fries lacked seasoning and I had to eat them with ketchup. I never eat fries with ketchup unless they’re disgusting. Mine were. Fail. My friend and I split an order of buck shots and when we asked if the server could split them, she said there was no half button on the register. They cost 6 dollars… just charge us each 3 dollars. Fail. If you’re considering going to Mixed Up, just do yourself a favor and go to the Avenue K location. They’re well trained, have margaritas, and can split a ticket for you if necessary. Plus you never have to worry about Avenue K being closed for a private event, which happens frequently at this location.

The burgers are great. Sides are just average but I suspect most of that stuff is bag to fryer. I am not sure what they are doing wrong with the Shiner on tap but it is sooooooo flat. We haven’t even been to the main location because we discovered this place when my husband was finishing his pilots license at the flight school here in the airport.
