I have been going to this place since i was 15(11 years) and have never had any problems… They have a brand new place now that they are still settling into, clearly… from the post above! I guess since im not a new patient I have no complaints! If I call the busn I always get a call back with in the day and they now make it easier to get an appt because they usually can get me in within the week! The staff is very professional and kind!

What good is insurance if I can’t use it? This practice must be awesome because they clearly don’t need or want any new patients. They couldn’t possibly make it any more difficult to get an appointment. During flu season of all times, I called. .. and called and called and called and their phone tree is two minutes long. Obviously they don’t want to actually talk to you, rather they prefer that you leave a detailed message. A very detailed message with name, phone, insurance provider, symptoms, etc. I might as well have gotten a prescription based solely on my voice mail message. And dear God they aren’t calling you back either. Another option is to make an appointment online, which clearly didn’t work because I requested one several times and never once received a confirmation e-mail or phone call. I was at the point online where I was selecting«any time frame on any day in the forseable future» and still got nothing. The ‘submit’ button probably just clears the form entry and links to a bogus«Thank you» page. The biggest kick in the balls was when I finally, after 10 tries and pounding on the zero button over and over, got a real human being. She took my info and scheduled an appointment in a reasonable time frame, and *then* realized I was a new patient. I was then told I couldn’t come in for about another week and she recommened I go to a CareNow. STFU. I pay premiums so I don’t have to go to CareNow, moron. That’s why I have physicians in your practice listed as my PCP! I guess processing paperwork from *insured* pateints — but the dirty new kind! — is too much work and would be easier for them if I submitted my paperwork over a non-functioning website or through voice mail.
