Shit they can delete reviews!!! I had posted a review and its no longer there don’t go to this Arabic people’s McDonald’s they will rip u off n employees are trained that way and I think the company owns multiple rest so even though u file a complaint with Corp HQ nothing is going to happen… I tried it couple of time and I figured it out how McDonald’s treat their franchisees on how many number of stores you own!!! Worst restaurant and bad location during rush hour it takes 15 mins just to get on Main st from their parking lot

This hell-hole deserves ZERO stars. My husband ate lunch here, the dumbass ringing up the food overcharged him, refused a refund then didn’t even give him what she charged him for. Manager refused a refund as well. They’ve done this to his coworkers too. This place has a shady sliding scheme going on pocketing money off people and they’ve yet to be stopped. I have contacted corporate and we will get our money back. This place needs a total overhaul!

Omg! Idk how they trained their manager here. I dropped my hamburger on the floor, went up to the front and the manager was mean mugging me, & had this attitude on me like ‘why you drop it?’ ‘Be careful’ so on, got me really pissed luckly I wasn’t in that attitude to put him on his place in front of everybody… Worst managment worst service at this location… Fuckin discusting place as well trash everywhere.

I come here so often for lunch and every time I been here they alway get my order wrong, either I’m always missing something or I add bacon to a burger and get charged for it and it’s not on a burger I would check and open it up but I don’t have time I have to get back to my job. It’s so aggravating and I can’t go back around because it would make me late for work I would really hope they do something about this issue! Either your cooks do not know how to read or they so not pay attention.

«Hello, would you like to try our hot chocolate?» Oh man, how I hate the prerecorded message at this drive-thru. NO, I do NOT want the hot chocolate. No, I do NOT want the frappé fizz. NO, I do NOT want whatever piece of crap food item you are happening to push at the present moment … I DONOTWANTIT! I only WANT what I order and what I came in to purchase. When WILL you get that? In the morning, this is the busiest McDonalds I have ever come across. Usually, there’s a line in the drive-thru snaking into the street. The parking lot is poorly designed, making it difficult to leave once you grab your order. The loop comes full circle, and you’re blocked by people in a secondary line entering from Belt Line road northbound. Just give me my freakin’ egg biscuit, cut the high pressure up-selling, and let me get the heck out of here …
