Great food horrible customer service.
Ordered 3 pizzas — 2 thin crust, one of them veggie
Later you find out they don’t have thin crust and the one veggie pizza has meat all over it. When you call to inform them about the blunder the person pretends she can’t understand what I’m saying and when in utter frustration I say «never mind” — she says ok thanks!

Terrible customer service. I asked for a deep dish pepperoni pizza. The cashier told me it would be 10 minutes. What happened to Hot and Ready? She never took my name. Customers that came in after me were served before me. I waited for 20 minutes, then asked for a refund.
The food is great, but be prepared to deal with children who have zero customer service skills.
