I went to this nail salon for years, adored it. Usually pretty busy but get to you within 10 – 15 minutes. Always did a great service. Until they insulted me. I was chatting with my technician about finally being able to relax and get some rest and the other tech next to him said I looked like I shouldn’t and I looked like a monkey/​gorilla. Twice. I’m a paying customer and do not appreciate being insulted. I am now struggling to find a new favorite place but I will never ever go there again.

First time here. Smaller salon but well-​appointed. Classic Italian theme with statues and tiles. Ladies who work here all nice and attentive, took their time and their fragrances for pedicures were authentic, not cheap smelling scents. There is a personal tv to watch at each of the four manicure stations– they were on sports or news. My advice for those tv’s and the ones in the pedicure area is to tune them to channels that are more lady friendly. Yes, we like sports, but give us some more feminine options.
Other than that, we really liked it. Quiet and serene.

I made an appointment for my cousin (my bridesmaid) and I to get a pedicure done for my wedding. It was busy for a Thursday afternoon and there were a few clients up front waiting, but they were able to seat us right away next to each other. I believe we got what was called the hot stone pedicure. Very enjoyable. We weren’t rushed through the appointment like I’ve known other places to do. It was very relaxing and the pedicure lasted about 45 minutes or so. Both of our nail techs took their time with the massage portion. I was very pleased.

My wife and I have been going to Hollywood Nails for many years to get manicures and pedicures. The staff is very friendly and they do a very good job. There price seem very reasonable and are in line with what other nail salons charge. The place is very clean and sanitary. They do a great job making sure the pedicure chair basins are disinfected and cleaned. I highly recommend them.

My sister and I got there, and we were told to have a seat. We didn’t realize what time it was until the nail tech asked us why we came so late. Had they said told us they were closing in 30 min, it wouldn’t have been a big deal. But why go ahead and take us and then are passive aggressive about it and make side comments. My sister asked for the tech to cut her own nails just a little, but then my sister realized that the nails were cut shorter on one had, the tech explained that she’s matching the beds not the tips and then proceeds to say «this is what I do, I know what I’m doing» in a snarky tone. I will never go back, felt the service was awful!

Went to this salon with my husband and they did not do a good job my toe nail polish chipped within a week and I got gel nails for the first time and that chipped in 4 days when I went back i had to paint my own toe nail and they did fix my chipped gel nails (4) but was very hesitant to do so. it was such a bother to spend my Saturday waiting to get my nails fixed but we spent $ 118 and that is to much money to waste. I went to Nails Inc salon in Grand Prairie to get my nails done and my gel nails lasted 2 ½ weeks NO CHIPS thats my place now because they care and do a good job.
