I am gonna give this a 3 because last time we stayed here I had a horrible check in experience. FYI they do not accept pets. It’s not on their website like it should be. I brought two 1 lb shitzu with me and they were in a carrier. We were 3 hours away from home and here for a job for two weeks. When I was advised no pets I asked if I could at least keep them here for the night and then I would drive them all the way back. Before I could get the answer I had to wait outside with the puppies in the car for over a hour before the manager came back. She told me no, I could go to another hotel or keep the puppies in the car. It was 80* outside. I ended up staying at different hotel for the night while my husband stayed here. Now this time around no issues at check in, my husband was upgraded. The desk clerk(who was the same one as before) was pleasant. The room I would give a 2. The bed a 5, the carpet and furniture has stains on it. You know the type of stains you do not even wanna lay your dirty clothes on. The room it’s self looks clean. They offer a great selection for breakfast so there is no complaints there. This place is located in a shopping center. Grocery store, Wing Stop, Donut shop, Subway, IHOP is next door, Cheddars, BBQ, and Movie Theater right across parking lot this doesn’t even include across the street. Chipotle, Denny’s, McDonalds, Chilis and another Movie Theater. There is a lot more but that is to name a few. Shopping mall two exits away. So if your here on business and don’t wanna drive after your off then you have lots of dinner choices to choose from.

We flew into DFW and drove down to I-20 to go to east Texas. This hotel is very close to the interstate. The reception was friendly and quick. The hotel is clean feels safe and was a good choice. The air conditioning works great and this is important especially if you are here in the summer.

The night clerk jabbed with his friend in the lobby from 1am until 5am. I asked them to keep it down from my door and they got louder. Awesome f*cking customer service. Hopefully my company doesn’t send me back to Dallas so I don’t ever stay here again.

I stay at Holiday Inn when possible since I’m a IHG Rewards member. This one(im actually in the room writing this) has a wonderful goodie bag for members which had pistachios, chips, fruit snack, crackers & water, quite nice… another bonus is free cold bottled water, milk, popcorn, yogurt, fruit, and cookies are free to enjoy! This isn’t the norm for Holiday Inn. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast is pretty decent with bacon, bisquit, eggs, pancakes, breads, muffins, bagel, cereals ect., a little tight fitting for dining but can’t really complain. Room is super clean, the bed and pillows are cozy comfy! Would definitely recommend. A little further away to city but it’s a straight shot up to hit Arlington where the Amusement parks are. There are tons of wonderful places to eat in the vicinity, with AMC movies and outlet mall not too far away.

Even though Holiday Inns are generally a little pricier compared to Choice Hotels that I normally stay at, I was in town for a special occasion so I figured why not splurge a little and have some fun! First of all, the breakfast is out of this world. They have it all, bisquits, gravy, cinnamon rolls, all kinds of yogurt, toast, etc. The rooms were extremely clean. I couldnt find anything that was dirty in the room. The place is spacious. The bed were so comfortable, it was easily one of the best nights Ive slept in a hotel. The beds have different types of pillows too, i actually prefer the hard pillows since its easier on my neck and I put the soft ones nearby when I was working on my laptop. The check-in process took a bit longer than I would have liked. Oddly enough, the pool was outside across the parking lot. Rarely do I use hotel pools, but if I did, I would feel kind of awkward having to walk out in my bathing suit.

Stayed here last weekend while we were in town visiting some folks. We stayed on the 4th floor in a king room. The room was pretty wonderful. I looked around for something wrong and couldn’t find it… not one speck of dust, even in obvious places. There were no stray, random hairs in the tub or on the floor. This room was CLEAN. And comfortable, too. They even give you a selection of hard or soft pillows. Nice tv, chair in the corner with an ottoman, microwave and fridge. Hubby went down the first morning to check out the free breakfast, toward the end of the time they serve it. He was expecting to find the usual spread of over-heated, over-processed, stale food. He found fresh food, and quite a variety. He brought a cute little breakfast sandwich upstairs for me to heat up in our microwave, plus some yogurts. There was a cooler down there with free bottles of water, too. The staff was friendly. We needed a late checkout and they gave it to us with no hesitation. Our one complaint — we didn’t need to run the heat/ac hardly at all because of the time of year. But when I turned on the fan to move the air, the air which came out smelled musty to me. Hubby, who is usually the one sensitive to smells, didn’t even notice it. Overall, a great experience! We will be staying here again if the need arises and we will recommend this hotel to friends and family.
