This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. The bankers lied to me about a loan they were POSITIVE I could get because I had great credit… However, LAST minute they said «we can’t do it.» I would have looked around if they wouldn’t have told me they were positive it would work… Also, they’ve lost some of my deposits before and thankfully I kept my receipt or they wouldn’t have given me my money! They try to jip everyone they can! They also have outrageous fees! I use to hate Chase, but I’m switching back today because this bank is TERRIBLE!

Probably the worst run bank in the city.
Employees are not helpful. The accounting dept. is not helpful. The hours are basically non-​existent for people that work for a living. Their website is useless. The website will show varying amounts during the day then a totally different amount at night then one completely different the next morning. Very difficult to keep up with your actual true balance.
NSF fees are $ 35. No lenience either. They post deposits late and send checks through early.
Going back to Chase. They are larger and evil too, but less evil than this place.
Yes– this review is for both the Colorado and Belt Line locations. Both suck ass.
