Long pointless waits at the drive through. Apparently extra means barely. asked for extra mayo and the sandwiches has less than a teaspoon… Way less. Asked for extra caramel, barely a drop. Then to top it off the ice cream was placed in the same bag as the hot food.

then at the window they always tell you to pull up and wait for your order.
waited another 10 minutes for two blizzards.
dessert is the only reason to come here. The food items are mediocre and the service flat out sucks every time.
they really need to get their act together!

I always stop here for the DQ staple. The blizzard. The quality of the food and the cold treats are usually pretty good. The lobby as well as the outside is always clean and well kept. The only reason for the reduction in stars is due to the wait time. But I have to admit it is so much better then when they first opened.

25 minute wait in the drive thru for 2 mini blizzards. What a bunch of incompetent workers this place has. How long does it take to blend two blizzards?! Finally had to walk inside and ask what was taking so long and the «manager» couldn’t figure out what took so long. Counted 11 employees and they all walked around like they were clueless. Rafael was useless as a manager.

I love DQ especially their blizzards. But at this specific location their blizzards are by far the worst I ever had. I have been here about 4 – 5 times and every time it never gets better. Last night my boyfriend and I went to order 2 tropical blizzard with pineapple. Our total came out to be almost $ 10. He started complaining about the price but I told him not to worry about it. Well our ordered came out and it was very disappointing. The cups were not full and missing some ingredients. I wanted to go talk to the manager but my daughter was sick and we had to go get some medicine. Gotta say this will be the last time that I ever go to this location.

For the record I love DQ and try to stop whenever I can. However. I placed an order for a DQ Dude @ 11:50 @ the Grand Prairie DQ. Brandon took my order. After waiting more than 10 minutes I went to the counter and asked about my order — he said it was coming. In the mean time I had watched Brandon handle a sandwich with his hands after handling money and take it back to the counter. It looked like a mixed up order. Problem was once my fries came out he took that sandwich and put it on top of my fries. It turned out to be a special order now cold DQ Dude with no salad that he had opened and closed at least three times. I then cut my losses and asked for my money back and waited for the manager — Priscilla. Never spoke until she said I needed to sign the refund. From what I could tell Brandon did not seem trained and the kitchen was slammed. At no time did I see the manger helping out — this is at noon. Will be a long time before I go back to DQ and stay away from this DQ.

Just stopped by and bought the new bbq bacon beltbuster. It was truly amazing. Food came out quick and hot. And the service was second to none. It was worth every pennie.

Just went through the drive-​through at Dairy Queen for a Diet Coke after shopping. Nothing special there was really no line and I got in and out within two minutes. My soda wasn’t flat I guess is the best review I could give it.

They have a whole bunch of kids in there doing a poor job. I was given the wrong order for 2nd time at this location and the quality and taste was poor. It seemed like they were in The kitchen playing. Never again.

This DQ always has terrible service and the presentation of the food isn’t much better. You would think they could at least get the blizzards right since that is DQs specialty. Most of the employees are too lazy to stand the few seconds it takes for all the ingredients (chocolate mainly) to completely mix together. Management (or maybe owner) needs to start over with the staff

I’ve only been to this location a few times and preferred it over some of the other locations.
The first time the drive thru was backed up more than 20 cars so I decided not to get anything.
The second time it was decent. Only a few cars in line. The person in front of me ordered 2 items and it took almost 15 minutes. Not sure what that was but the food was good!!! Will go again because tonight my dipped cone was awesome!

I visited yesterday to order a Mocha Moolatte. I thought I’d be in and out at the drive through but I ended up going inside because the line was so long. When I left there were thirteen cars in the drive through line! The line inside was long too but there are two registers so I waited just a few minutes. I did have a longer wait for my order and there isn’t much room to wait. The dining area is a decent size and the building looks great. In fact, two giant red DQ spoons greet you at the front door instead of regular door handles, pretty cool! there’s also a refrigerated area with cold ice cream cakes, something I haven’t seen at most Dairy Queens.
I still can’t believe how crowded it was. I always think of DQ as a little old school but hey, it’s still got it!!!
