Cosmic Comics & Cards

Looking for a place to drop off some of my old comics to get graded by the CGC, I stumbled upon Cosmic Comics. They were the best option since Fort Worth does not have any comic vendors that offer CGC grading and we had to drive to Dallas that day anyways, so it made a lot of sense.
Walking in, this place brought back memories. For those who collected comics as a kid like I did, this place is untouched by time, set up like all those comic and collectibles shops we loved to go to in the 80’s and 90’s. The proprietor is cool and very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking with him about how the comics industry has changed and what things are trending now compared to when I collected comics as a kid.
While I was at it, they have a great selection of current comics as well as a good stock of older comics, so I went ahead and took a trip down memory lane and grabbed a few new comics from my favorite titles as a youth to put with my order. I’ll also note that this place was very popular with the Magic and RPG crowd, so if that is your thing, also another good reason to check this place out.
I’ll definitely be stopping by should I need to drop off more of my old comics to get graded, or if I just want to take another stroll down memory lane.
