This is the best company to do business with. They are always kind and helpful. They have taken great care of my mom since they opened the doors of this business. We would not change for anything. Thank you so much. Sandy Hale

I would recommend this company. Prices seem reasonable. Technician was friendly. I needed some freon and it seems to have fixed the problem. My house feels nice and cozy again.

Hello, When a company stays a long time, it means they are working carefully unlike every other company I had in past leaving holes in ducts etc. Bön air was thorough and that is why they take hours to install a new unit. They do not rush through a job and miss things. They also take time to explain your unit to you. Their prices are normal. I have seen much higher than them. They do not try to sell you most $$ unit, they sell you what your house needs unlike other companies trying to tell you, you need a $ 15000 unit on one zone. They are knowledgeable on systems and installation and that is what is important. The guys I had were experienced. No trainees here. I would recommend this company. They even helped fix my noisy registers in my house.

If you have 15 hours spread over two days with about a month for a follow up visit then I recommend Bön Air for your HVAC(heating, ventilation and air conditioning) needs. Along with that you will need the patience to listen to their infighting including negative feedback of each coworker’s performance. If you have young children then you know what I mean. Here’s what I recommend: 1 — insist on «seasoned» employees and not trainees. A complete install should take about 4 — 5 hours. 2 — only allow installation of HVAC equipment. Any woodwork, painting, etc., should be done by a different contractor. 3 — check the obvious — the outside gas meter to my home was replaced a week after new HVAC installation. Could that be the reason my previous furnace was not igniting the flame? 4 — Budget about $ 6,000 dollars for a new HVAC system consisting of a gas furnace and new A/C compressor. The outside gas meter replacement(by Atmos) was free — you do the math. I found Bön Air to be knowledgeable about their products and to provide a quality installation. However, if you choose Bön Air, I hope your experience is better than the one endured by me.
