Best Western Plus Arlington North Hotel & Suites

Looks are deceiving.
TL;DR — HOTEL ATTEMPTED TO DOUBLE BOOK US AND CHARGE US AN UNFAIR SMOKING FEE WHEN WE DID NOT SMOKE. THESE GUYS ARE JUST OUT FOR YOUR MONEY.
This is probably the nicest best western I’ve ever been in; however,
The people running this location are only here to take your money. A me and 3 other weary travelers stumbled in at 4:00 am to book a single room (2 queens). The desk person tries to sell us two rooms, which were exactly the same on paper — however one was priced at a premium! We insisted we only needed one room.
He pretends to understand and gives us our room key. We ask for a late check-​out at the time because we were only going to be there for a few hours before leaving. He says it’ll be okay to check-​out at 12:30pm. He hands us our key.
«You won’t need the other key for the other room then?»
Why would you ask us that if we only booked one room? We didn’t think anything of it then. When we arrived at out room, it smelled strongly of smoke. We called the front desk telling them of the situation. Having already sort of settled in, we were fine with accomadations (it’s 5:30AM now.) Front desk assured us we would not be charged for the smoking we DID NOT DO.
Next morning, we are woken hastily at our door and told to leave. They ‘saw’ us smoking. False. We had been sleeping all night. How could they have seen us? They kept bothering us to check out immediately even though we had hardly put on any clothes. They informed us that there would be a $ 250 dollar charge for smoking.
OH YEAH, AND HE STILL CHARGED US FOR TWO ROOMS.
Liars. All of them.

This place is the most inconsiderate place earth. They begin cleaning at sun-​up and have loud walkie talkies. They run the loud vacuums so early that there is no way to sleep in. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every word and noise in this loud, awful place.
This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. I wish I could give it zero stars.
