We were interested in Bed in a Box and Best for Less Mattress is the only authorized dealer in Texas. We were so happy we were able to try out the beds instead of just ordering online. We ended up deciding against Bed in a Box as we discovered we didn’t like memory foam. But, what a wonderful family-​owned business! We met the whole family, and everyone was so nice and earnest and helpful. They truly seemed honest– hard to find in the world of the mattress business! Also– if you order through them, it doesn’t cost a cent more, but they will take your old mattress out to the curb; you can also schedule the delivery of the mattress instead of just having it shipped directly from Bed in a Box.

We were shopping for a bed for my daughter, we have known the Brown family for many years, and they invited us to the store. We got there about 25 minutes before they closed, it was no problem for them. Chris & I hit it off, they are very friendly folks dedicated to helping their customers get the right bed. In about 30 minutes we had found the bed we wanted, Chris made us a fabulous deal, then arranged delivery and we were set… A very pleasurable experience, we are now planning to go back up there and buy a new bed for us. The customer service is out of this world and the family is so friendly. They took their time to explain everything to us and were very patient. By the time we left we felt like a part of the family ourselves.
We especially liked how they were not pushy salesman and wanted us to feel comfortable with our purchase, which we were. They have a wide variety of mattresses and box springs and they’re very knowledgeable about all of them. The prices are also very competitive.

Thank you for letting us try all mattresses in the warehouse and we found the one we love! The sales are not pushy at all. We got the bed in a box online retailer brand and this warehouse is the only place in dfw to have sample to try on. Thanks the sales rep to be helpful. We got a good quality pillow from there as well. Finally my neck and back doesnt need to suffer!
