I still like the doctor, the location, and décor. The only reason I brought it down one star is because I don’t like that they’ve gotten really pushy with their appointments. The front desk girls won’t take no for an answer and it can get pretty frustrating.
UPDATE:
My insurance no longer covers Dr. Wiesse, but if I ever had the opportunity, I’d go back. As for the pushiness with their appointments, it’s understandable since most people don’t feel like its an urgent matter sometimes. I’m guilty of that. They do care about their patients and are helpful with any questions. :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Wiesse for over 20 years. He is a great dentist and his staff is amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and caring. At one point in the 1990’s my insurance changed and I went with an HMO dentist who tried to tell me a gold crown was a temporary crown. I’d had the crown for almost 20 years by that time. Went back to Dr. Wiesse and just this past year had the crown replaced. They showed me the crack in the crown with a nifty little camera device. This «temporary» crown lasted an additional 20 years. I will never go to another dentist! He’s the best! I highly recommend Beautiful Lake Ridge Smiles to everyone!

GREAT DENTIST!!! Well worth the 50+ miles I drive round trip. I have a dentist office less than half a mile from my home but I continue to go to Dr. Wiesse because of the great experience during each visit. Dr. Wiesse and his staff always take the time to educate me on dental care and keep me informed on the services they are performing. I highly recommend Beautiful Lake Ridge Smiles!
