The food was good — the salads we ordered came on a weird plate that kept on tipping over… it was square. They need to get a different plate to serve salad on — preferably a circular plate with supports all along the bottom. It took a while for us to get our main food after the salads, which I couldn’t understand because it wasn’t crowded. The pepperoni rolls I ordered were okay, but I wish there was more pepperoni. The service was okay, but it would have been nice if the waitress came and told us our order was on its way since we waited so long. Aside from that, there were some really cute dogs that came by for dinner and sat outside on the patio… ;)

Should’ve read the reviews beforehand. I ordered to-go, was staying at the hotel near by. I asked how much the 14 inch chicken Alfredo pizza is and he said someone was at the computer but the cheese pizza is about $ 15 so it’ll be a little more since it’s a specialty pizza. Okay… I ordered a cheese 14 inch and a chicken Alfredo, the total was $ 39.81!!! I call that a rip-off. I was also provided with some watered down ranch that tasted expired. The pizza tasted mediocre at best. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was done in exactly 15 min as promised. Lower your prices or learn to make MUCH better pizza.

The food here is very good. Much higher execution than you might believe from the unassuming outside. You really must try the deep fried artichoke hearts appetizer. The service is fantastic. The salad fantastic. The meatballs are fantastic. This place is just plane fantastic.

Everything about this place was excellent. Helpful staff, nice atmosphere, great food. We were lucky to be staying within walking distance. I definitely would return if I’m in Grand Junction again.

We came here on a Saturday night and enjoyed a pretty good Italian-American meal. The lasagna and the pesto pasta were delicious, and there were several gluten free options on the menu. There’s even gluten free pasta, but the upcharge is over $ 4. As other Unilocalers have noted, the pricing can be a bit steep, but the portions are large. Whatever you order for dinner, you can definitely eat for lunch the next day. So I think it’s worth it. I would advise against filling up on the bread basket they bring before your meal, but it’s so hard not to! The bread is tasty and if you have a good waiter, the basket keeps getting refilled. We were starving when we arrived, so we were two glasses of wine and two baskets of bread in before our food arrived! I dock a star because our reservations were poorly handled. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and were told our table was not ready yet. So we waited in the lobby. Seven minutes later, another couple arrived and they had reservations at the same time as us. They were seated immediately! We approached the hostess to ask whether our table was ready and she apologized. She had forgotten we were still waiting. Parking is plentiful and the food is delicious. We will probably be back, but I think we’ll avoid Saturday nights.

Pizza was pretty good, but wayyyy overpriced for what you get. We ordered the deep dish size but it came out with little red sauce and some slices had minimal cheese. We ordered meatballs and onions as toppings that they charge 3 $ each for and it was pitiful how little of the toppings you get. The deep dish is the same diameter as the large, yet they charge more $$ for the toppings on the deep dish vs. the large. Doesn’t make sense at all. Told the server there wasn’t much sauce and requested a side of red sauce which was put on my bill at 1.50 $. Very stingy Will not be visiting again.

Agree w other posts here. Overpriced and service was very slow, friendly, but snail slow. Food Quality was fair.

Driving from AZ to Wis. what a great find. Sat at bar, enjoyed bartender, had a bottle of red wine, Stromboli & tortellini. Staff were all great. Very friendly & helpful. Would stop again if in area.

We were passing through for one night, but had car trouble so we stayed in Grand Junction for 2 nights. We ordered pizza the first night from Enzo’s and it was fantastic — the ingredients were so fresh and had such good flavor. We liked it so much we ordered traditional Italian entrees on the 2nd night. These were togo orders so I don’t have any feedback on the restaurant itself, but the food was fantastic in balanced flavors. The latter is why I usually avoid Italian restaurants as they are over the top with garlic, salty, etc but not Enzo’s they know how to create layers of flavor.

Yum. I stumbled upon this on a road trip and wow!!! So so so good. We had the baked ravioli and chicken cantaloni and ate until we could no longer breath. If you are still reading this — just go! You won’t be disappointed.

Very, very nice. We were from out of town and just stopped in on our way home. The Calamari, Chef & Smoked Salmon salads were wonderful. We would have had more«carbs» if we hadn’t been heading back. We would eat here again if we came back this way!

Jared, the bartender takes a special pride in his craft. The Old Mexico was a beautifully presented as it tasted. It was fantastic, as were the meatballs. The meatballs were moist, saucy and delicious. After that though, a couple of the dishes we had were on the bland side and word on the street is that the food is hit or miss based on who is working in the kitchen.

My husband and I tried this after reading reviews. We weren’t disappointed. He had chicken Parmesan and I had roasted chicken cannelloni. Both were delicious. He had onion soup but wasn’t crazy for it as he likes his a bit sweeter. I had dude cessation which was good. House red cab was delicious from chime winery. I plan to look for this. Overall service was good, food delicious and a definite recommend if you are in grand junction.

The *only* reason I did not give this place 5-stars is because of an American phenomenon to experiment with Italian dishes. The tendency to add sweet to Prosciutto is understandable, yet frustrating. Does it still taste good? Yes. But it detracts from what makes Prosciutto deliciously fantastic. Stop looking to simply offset the saltiness with sweet but instead compliment it and bring it out with smoky, tangy, and peppery flavors. All that aside, my server, Tim, was fantastic. A gentleman, and possibly even a scholar. He was very polite and very attentive, but not overly like a bored-gone-stalker server, just obviously and professionally concerned with his customers. Tim gets a 5-star rating. Thank you, sir!

I went by here twice during my stay in GJ. While it isn’t the best pizza or pasta in town, it is good. They have special wine and beer nights which is nice. Finding alcohol specials in GJ is damn near impossible. The wine selection ranges from pricy to affordable. I can tell you that I would definitely suggest you go with pasta over pizza. There is one item that stands out here though: the prosciutto wrapped asparagus appetizer. I got that both times and was not disappointed either time. Anyways, this isn’t a bad spot, especially if you’re close to the airport in a hotel and don’t want to go downtown.

Poor service and so so food. Travel here for business. Had lunch, pasta. The pasta was not fully cooked. I felt a little cold and trying to move from inside to outside. The waitress just hold the side salad. I was holding the cup, my stuff and all the utensils. Both of my hands were full. She did not open the door for me, watching me push open the door with my body. Once outside, i picked a spot. I can see bread crunches on the table, she just put the salad bowl on top of those crunches. Doesn’t bother to wipe clean the table. Quite poor service.

Soggy crust, toppings were too wet. Not enough cheese, skimpy toppings at that. Cold pizza and canned pineapple. At 25.00 per pizza, it should have been better.

Been here a couple times and the food is usually pretty good. Came for dinner tonight and had the individual house Stromboli and it was awesome. It is stuffed with pepperoni, salami, ham and cheese and comes with a side of marinara… it was excellent. The service is good although it can be a bit slow sometimes and my only real complaint is that almost all of the food(besides the lunch specials) is way overpriced… my Stromboli was $ 14 and the cheapest pasta dish was in the $ 18 range…

Came to this restaurant following prior reviews and because it is the only decent place by the hotel I was staying. Let’s say that the service takes the 1st. place. Excellent for this kind of restaurant. The food is standard but I wasn’t disappointed it. Also great Happy Hour from 4 – 6.
