Last week I called in on a car that wasn’t even there yet(it was on its way in a truck) The gentleman that answered the phone when I called took my info and said he would call me the second it gets detailed and ran through an inspection. So I’ve been checking on it over the passed week to see when it was done. And this morning I drove by and saw it on the Lot finally, but I didn’t get a call from anyone. So I called and explained my situation and somebody put me on hold to find the person that said they would do this for me. After 17 minutes of being on hold I decided to hang up and call again because I’m pretty sure you forgot about me. So I called again and explained my situation, AGAIN, and was transferred to a nice lady named Rose that apologized for what had happened and scheduled me for 5:00pm today. So I drive from Fruita very excited to test drive a car that I’m really wanting to purchase and when I show I see it out front ready for a test drive(like she said it would be) and I go inside and ask for Rose, but it turns out she’s not there, so a salesman(I believe his name is Bob) takes my ID and takes me out to the car, he seemed confused so he went inside and comes back out to tell me that the car sold… The car that I had an appointment to come test drive and had a separate salesman«calling me the second it hits the lot.» I knew you guys had a bad reputation but I decided to put that behind me because you had the car I wanted to buy and then you treat me like that and waste an hour of my time and energy, not to mention get me pretty excited. You all should really work on your customer service and keep your ducks in a row because it seems like a giant mess. That being said, I will never come back and I will make sure to tell everyone I possibly can about my experience so they too won’t waste time and energy just for a slap in the face like that.

Bait and Switch! Stay away! I shopped and found a vehicle on line at this dealership. I put a down payment to hold and I drove from Bailey to Grand Junction to purchase. Once I arrived, I was told the price had INCREASED to $ 25995! They would however honor MY price $ 23500 but, for anyone else the price would be higher. The advertised price was listed on their Web Page, Car Gurus, and Auto Trader as $ 23500 I felt bullied as they insisted, «MY» price of $ 23500 was a DISCOUNT! The car had been listed on Car Gurus for 168 days — the price dropped over time — however; they decided to RAISE the price after I placed my down payment? They acted like they didn’t WANT to sell me the car! I told them I was reporting them to the BBB — late the same day the price was increased on Carville Auto site, Car Gurus, and Auto Trader to $ 25995 Additionally, I was offered and Extremely LOW trade value for my 2013 Scion FRS. I was lied to and told the Scion would not be able to be financed as it had some hail damage. Three days later I traded the Scion FRS in for a Dodge Challenger at Centennial Chrysler Jeep in Englewood, CO — I purchased for the advertised priced, I was offered fair trade value on my FRS, and was treated professionally and with respect! Something is NOTRIGHT at Carville Auto Mart!
