This was my first time there and they were very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. Their prices are also very fair. However, they said they de-​shed my dog but when I picked him up he still had lots of hair that I could easily pull out. So when I got home I used my Furminator tool and finished the job. Other than a good de-​shedding, they did good.

Brought My Dog in for grooming… now I’m sorry I did. The cut was a mess. They shaved her brow too close the cut was uneven and different lengths. My dog even looked sad. I was told that my dog just has difficult hair to cut. Pet smart been doing just fine for years. Ready for the kicker… kennel cough! Thanks for that «Oh My Dog»!
I left saying «Oh My God»! Want have you done? Did your 7 year old blind fold himself and decide to turn my dog in to a science project?
