My family attended Terry Fator’s performance here during the Nebraska State Fair. The performance was fantastic, but the venue was not great. Our seats were near the stage, but there were also two big screens on either side of the stage. The camera people who were filming were horrible. Watching the screens was very difficult, the footage was bumpy and they kept zooming in and out. It was like a middle school student was filming it with his phone while riding on a jet ski. While the sound was good, the seats were also terrible. I’m not sure if they are made of plastic or fiberglass, but they are absolutely the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. They are so low to the ground and hard as a rock. If you are attending any sort of event here, get seats close enough to the stage that you don’t have to rely on the big screens, and bring a cushion to sit on.
