They sandwiches are awesome, but expect 5 – 10 minutes for food depending on how busy they are. Excellent flavor and quality of ingredients, generous portions and an interesting selection of soft drinks. However, the staff isn’t the fastest, and are sometimes a little abrupt. Still, I love the food and recommend it over the other sandwich places in town.

AVOIDATALLCOSTS. Management is horrendous. For a drive through sandwich place, the speed is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been through twice 3 weeks apart with 20 and 25 minute waits, respectively. On top of all this, the last time was at 2pm with very few customers AND my 3 sandwiches were all wrong when I got home. Freaky slow, incompetent workers. How hard is it to make a decent sandwich? The Lincoln location couldn’t make it. Unless they can turn a 180, it’s time for this one to go as well! We need a Jersey Mike’s!

We were passing through town and my buddy and I wanted a fast sandwich to just grab and go. We stopped and ordered, it was a weird setup inside, people were crowded around and hovering waiting to order and it kind of got in the way of the soda pop dispenser. The gal I was ordering with couldn’t hear anything I was saying. I had to repeat myself a dozen times. It’s just because of the crowd behind the counter working and the mass amount of people in front of it. Finally I ordered the cheesesteak. She gave me my cup and I fought my way to the drink machine. It’s one of those robot dispensers that asks you a million options before giving you what you want. I think that’s part of the chaos, rather than multiple lines of soda, it’s that one ATM of soda. The pop from it tasted NASTY. Not sure why, but my my Mello Yello tasted like someone dumped a bunch of splenda and fake sugary junk in it. It was bad. Then after fifteen minutes of weirdly waiting amongst the tables and diners(seriously there isn’t a good place to stand when it’s busy) I got my sandwich and we were off. Down the road I opened it and that’s when I found it was the soggiest, wettest, nastiest mess I’ve ever had. The bread was soaking wet and tasted like a moist sponge, the meat was running water all over my shirt and lap, it was flat out bad. If I hadn’t paid over $ 9 for it, I would have tossed it into the interstate. I choked it down, and one other thing I noticed, the sandwich, not sure if it was the meat or bread, had an unpleasant smell in it. Like rancid vinegar. Maybe it was the peppers and onions on the sandwich, maybe they were pickled or something, but it smelled like the attic of a hoarding elderly lady’s house. I can see why the one in Lincoln isn’t in business anymore. This was by far the worst sandwich I’ve ever had.

You go in and order your sandwich. It comes with the basics, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and mayo. You can add or subtract after that. They take your name you sit down and wait. We waited about 15 minutes for two sandwiches and it was worth it! They steam cook the meat and cheese and toast the bread. Sandwiches served with a pickle and you can upgrade to a combo sandwich with soda and chips/cookie. Two medium sandwiches no combos $ 15. Lady that took our order was very friendly and the guys making the sandwiches were all on good spirits. They all tell you welcome upon entering and Thank You on your way out. Can’t wait to return to try something else.
