Dana’s Stylin Pets

Dana is an amazing groomer and takes care of everyone’s pets. I have no worries when I leave my dog with her. I have gone to her for 6 years and never once had a problem. There customer service is A+

If I could give negative stars I would.
I went to speak with Dana prior to bringing my cocker spaniel there to let her know, under no circumstances did
I want her coat shaved down again like the previous groomer did. She assured me that if she were to do that I would receive a call and she would explain why.
Her first groom went well, but her coat had not grown in yet. 8 weeks later she was starting to fill out and we returned.
When I picked her up, she had been shaved down even worse than the last groomer. She had pink patches on her skin and razor burn. I had to take her to the vet the next day and the vet gave her antibiotics. Said the grooming was the cause
Dana was nasty, non– apologetic and argumentative with me when I picked her up. Of course this was AFTER I paid (with a tip) and before I realized my dog would need a vet visit.
I would never recommend this place to anyone

Absolute Nightmare! My mom dropped off and picked up my dog for me at Danas Stylin Pets. They gave her the wrong small white dog similar to mine! She left the store and got to the car. She realized that the leash was different so she went back inside with the dog and questioned them if they gave her the wrong dog. They went and got the right collar and leash and just switched them, telling my mom everything was all set! she made it all the way home (about 30 miles) before the groomer called saying she had the wrong dog to bring it back, (after she had questioned them). Then when she arrived back, they told her that they UNDER CHARGED her and demanded more money! I can’t believe how irresponsible these people are. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED! They can’t even keep track of dogs they are grooming. I would never recommend anyone to trust these people with their pets.

Our 4 yr old Westie has been going to Dana’s for the last 3 yrs. she has also been in the doggie daycare a few times & she seemed very happy there. They are always clean and have been nothing but kind to our entire family. I would recommend Dana to all my furry friends!
