Cute boutique downtown. Not necessarily my style because I don’t have much… and I shy away from trendy clothes because I’m scared of them and I don’t like to spend a lot of money on myself. I did get a really cute jacket here last fall, and stopped in yesterday for something in particular — when I asked who in town carried Spanx (yes…undergarments of the slimming variety… mom’s secret weapon!) this was the answer. The clerk was really helpful in getting me the right size and style and wrapped up my purchase really nicely. It’s this sort of individual service and attention that will bring me back every time I’m in town, even if only to browse.
