After having a bad customer service experience with another boutique we stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon. We were a little hesitant being a chain store but boy were we surprised. The customer service was amazing. From the greeter to the manager to the sales representative, everyone was so helpful! Katie was our rep and she answered EVERY question we asked, she brought lots of bridesmaid dresses to try on, helped with color schemes, gave advice on how to accessorize and never once made us feel like we were dumb. We were so impressed! Thank you David’s Bridal for the outstanding customer service at this location. Hoping the dresses we ordered turn out as great!

I may be biased because I found my wedding gown here three years ago! I snagged it off of the rack and was able to have it tailored in store.
The staff are patient and helpful and I have been here quite a few times since my own wedding to try on bridesmaids dresses.
Aside from reasonable prices, the nice thing about David’s Bridal is that you can have your wedding dress steamed for free at any of their locations! We had a destination wedding, so after a long journey, my dress needed a steamin’!
I like this location and they continue to get my business!

We went in on Sunday just to look as our wedding is 18 months away. When we walked in (15 minutes late) they were so accommodating. Robyn was our consultant and she took time to make my entourage feel welcome. She took our ideas and really helped me narrow down my style and inevitably find «My Dress». She was so patient and FUN!
We then moved on to bridesmaid dresses. Robyn again was right there to help when needed. She really WOWed us with her service.
This is a great store and would recommend this store and Robyn to anyone I know getting married!
