Very unhappy with the poor communication of this office. My husband went there one time said he just agreed because he couldn’t understand the dr and the nurse was very short with him. They put a chemical on him and covered him in duct tape. Then told him he couldn’t drive home so I had to leave work and go get him from Bay City. This treatment caused what looked like 2nd degree chemical burns with huge blisters that popped and leaked all over. Somehow this unidentifiable chemical got on his face causing further blistering and sores. Now the sores look infected and they haven’t returned my calls yet. So yes he got in to see the dr on time but if this is the level of care I can see why.

I used to go to another Dermatologist in Flint which overbooked appointments. The last time I went there my appointment was at 4pm and the waiting room was so full I had to stand then I waited 1 hour and 20 mins to see the doctor for 15 minutes. Today I walked into Silverton and they only had 1 doctor working yet they still fit me in and I only had to wait 15 minutes. Doctor Tim Kessler is very nice and personable. I have never met Dr Silverton but when I worked for the bank that he banks with I had to call him to help him with his online banking and he was very nice and didn’t act like he couldn’t be bothered. Most of the business clients I have dealt with didn’t want to take the time to let me help them.
