They offer appointments but do not honor them. Even if the appointment is the first one of the day.

Overall ok. You don’t need appointments for a cut but for everything else. Just make sure you specify exactly what you want when you do your appointment — I did not got asked again when I was there and as I asked for the color she just said ‘I do what was written down’. My hair looks good and the cut is ok just not as customer friendly as expected.
