Seriously the best donuts I’ve ever had! We live in Columbus now and stop by whenever we’re in town (and by in town, I mean within 30ish minutes.) We may have driven 45+ minutes out of our way once… or twice. Try the Chop Suey — it looks ugly, but tastes delicious.

The smell of the shop was enough to make me turn around and walk out. It was the smell of old frying oil mixed with mildew or mold. No thank you. Plus the older man with the the long facial hair was not really nice once we had walked in. Didn’t look or smell sanitary. You’d think around noon on a Saturday afternoon that they would have more of a variety of doughnuts but there was only 3 – 4 trays of old looking food.

Its hard to rate this because I love their donuts but hate the customer service here. I mean HATE the service. its a 24 hour donut and coffee shop which was perfect because we lived next door and those midnight cravings would kick in and couldn’t help but to walk over since we could smell the fresh baked donuts from our windows. it was so lovely. The only thing was having to deal with the older man that worked the night crew. he was very anti social, rude, and acted like I was a burden to assist he really shouldn’t be in a customer service environment. I haven’t had any problems with the day crew. other than that the donuts are great and not pricey at all!
