I would personally like to give Boundless Arts less than one star based on the horrible experiences I have had here, but since that’s not a viable option, I am obliged to give them a one star review. The owner has been super rude to me and my family when we have patronized her establishment. I would only recommend them to someone if they are looking to be given a hard time or overcharged for materials. Do yourself a favor and forget about shopping for arts & crafts supplies or taking a class here Go anywhere else(literally anywhere else, say Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Jo-Ann’s) for your arts and crafts needs. As for the classes, they are not worth the money and other larger arts and crafts suppliers(namely Michaels) offer tutorials and workshops that are more efficiently run and informative. It’s sad, because I love small, independent businesses and try to support them over big box type of stores as often as possible, and on the surface, this one SHOULD be idea, but sadly, it is not. The owner, Mary, is curt, abrupt and cuts customers off when they have a question. There also seems to be inconsistent pricing on many items, which is not good business sense. Some of the so-called art exhibitions/receptions that have been thrown here come off as a complete joke, more like a way to pat a few choice friends on the back or something.
