I have been doing pilates at Regina’s Studio for almost one year now. The first thing I noticed was how attentive she is to my needs and goals as an individual. I did two private classes first so that I could learn the principals of pilates, the basic exersizes, and she could assess my fitness level. TIP: fitness professionals call these private lessons«privates». Try not to laugh. After a couple of work outs I could already notice a difference in my core strength. My balance was better. My hip pain was less. My joints were more stable. Pilates makes strong lean muscles. My belly is so much flatter now. Everyone keeps asking me if I’ve lost weight. Plus I like that I can schedule through an app on my phone.
