How is this place still opened? It’s a joke! I think everyone kind of knows it sucks now since it’s always dead.

Went there and had the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. And it was not cheap. I should have left because the woman before me came back in to warn me not to stay. She said it took her 2 hours and showed me her messed up gels. An hour and a half later, I was barely done with my basic pedicure, manicure not started and my friend ignored. She left without anything, and I left without my nails. Did I mention it was the day before my wedding? I went to another place and they told me horror stories of Nails and Tan employees using dirty water and tools. Please do not go here!

I hate giving bad reviews, but this establishment needs to take major steps to improve. I was a walk-in for a manicure and wax. They opted to start my manicure first, which was odd. After trimming my cuticles I was told to get up, wash my hands and go to the waxing room. There was no sheet on the table, but rather a folded towel to sit on and a foam pillow for my head. The pillow had hair strands on it, so I folded my clothes and put my head on them. The«Esthetician» didn’t speak English and gave me instruction on how she wanted to proceed or what, exactly, I wanted done. After my wax I went back to the manicure table(which was super-cluttered) where the manicurist started painting my nails. I asked if she normally put lotion on my hands and she said, «after I polish.» WTH? The polish was streaked, and I kept asking her to let me file my own nails as the board she used was far too rough, leaving my nails a bit shredded and un-even. This used to be my favorite place, 4 years ago. I don’t know who runs this salon now, but it’s very messy and has totally gone down hill. I went right home and bathed in alcohol. Ick!
