Granbury Atlantis Pools

This company may build a nice pool for a good price point but if I had know just how horrible the owner’s (John) customer service skills where I would have gone with one of my other bids. I’ve had trouble with his subs, getting our water chemicals just right and our Polaris just isn’t working. I called John to let him know that we are still having problems with the last 2 issues & I ask for a new Polaris and he out right said NO. He could of said let’s try to get to the bottom of your problem and if we can’t get it working then yes of course we at Granbury Atlantis Pools will make this right and get you a new one. Don’t use this company!!! My pool is beautiful but I used a secondary rock crew to finish up the waterfall and a few other issues at my cost.
I had to add 1 star in order to post this review. I would of liked to have not even given them a 1 star!!! Run away, use someone else to build your pool.
