My son and I have used Dr Brown before today. He’s always been ‘okay’ until today. I understand being busy, short handed, behind schedule and the Internet down. All of which he experienced today. My son and I left his office today angry and determined not to return, even for the one month follow up. He was abrupt and basically rude. He wouldn’t listen to what we had to say and argued with us. I’ve worked around quite a few doctors and I know this attitude is common. My GP is Dr Goodchild so I know what caring and committed doctors can be like. There are other dermatologists in town. On to the next one.
