One of the most honest and hard working father and son team of plumbers out there. Jon and Zach.
My mother is a first generation immigrant and she reminded me about that time I had a leak and we had two plumbers come and quote us a huge amount of money for a leaking pipe. John was our third quote and he told me the truth about what needed to be done.
He was very fair and honest about our problem. He fixed our plumbing issue and we did not have any problems after that.
Jon is very humble, hard-​working, honest, down-​to-​earth, and kind.
My brother-​in-​law is a medical gas plumber in Boston and he told me that Jon’s diagnosis and quotes are correct and on target.
Having Jon here makes me feel like I have a true advocate for my home plumbing.
Thank goodness for professional and fair people like Jon in this world.

Jon and Zach are a father-​son team. I had a backed up toilet-​shower-​sink and they came promptly when they said they would come. They were very professional yet down-​to-​earth and friendly. Jon spent time explaining & showing what was going on in the sewer line. They were very careful about cleaning up too. Pricing was reasonable. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have a problem.
