I typically don’t review food chains like this but I had such a great experience here. Jonathan helped us out and he was super sweet, even after we messed up on our own order, he apologized. Wasn’t even his fault, I just got confused and wasn’t paying attention haha. My sandwich came out perfect, the produce and the bread was up to par. I’ve been to a fair share of subways but this has got to be the best one so far. Thanks Jonathan!

I came with family to subway we all got a philly cheese steak sandwich and it was delicious. The bread was hot and fresh out the oven I really recommend everyone to come and eat here one of the best places.

Always the go-to spot. The employees here, definitely make the difference. They’re always pleasant and willing to make suggestions when I wanna change it up. The store is clean and nicely kept and the few times that the lines get long, it moves along very quickly.

Went in for an early lunch…10 am. Staff were busy cleaning. I was greeted by all three. Jonathan served me. Very friendly and fast. Btw, tuna sandwich was very good!

Cannot begin to say how important good customer service is in running a business. I was buying two sandwiches: turkey for me and tuna for a family member. However, I’m allergic to fish. I asked the girl who was about to make my sandwiches if she could change gloves and make the turkey first(I observed her making tuna as well for the man before me and she did not switch gloves.) She gave me attitude and replied, «I didn’t even touch the tuna yet.» I told her that I saw that the man’s before mine was tuna as well. She made a face and changed gloves. The rest of the experience was, well. uncomfortable and awkward. I don’t understand why I received attitude when I asked politely – normally in these instances I’d be mute but given this is an allergy, I’m not willing to not speak up if I know there’s even a chance of cross-contamination. Additionally, the lady two customers behind me corrected the same girl when she was putting her sandwich in the oven and said, «I said not toasted.» And I also overheard her asking the girl if she was having an ok day. She continued with, «I’m asking because you rolled your eyes at me.» Yeah…I mean I know and understand that it can be tough to work with people because I was a barista/server for many years. But giving unnecessary attitude, looks, and vibes can turn a pleasant day into a sour one. I’ll give one extra star because I regularly go to Subway and also for the rest of the staff there. But yeah, I’d rather drive the extra mile to avoid people like this.

I haven’t had the chance to come back to this Subway yet, but I definitely will. The restaurant owner contacted me to let me know that he purchased a high chair. He also sent me a gift card for a meal when I return. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and I will be back when I’m out in that area.

Wish I could rate walked in this morning was very upaet asked for a 6 in steak and cheese and the girl put half the portion of steak are you serious I have Subway everyday nobody has given half the portion of steak RIPOFF

Love this subway! Staff is always so friendly and the line moves quick. The whole place is kept clean and the owners are around quite a bit to make sure things are up to snuff.

I ordered 10-foot long cut into quarter pieces and pick it up in the evening time promised., repeated many times its tonight pick up and understood. Paid for it and overcharged me in a credit card and give me back in cash change. I came back to pick up my order that evening and they were not ready waited for about 20 minutes rush my order which I don’t appreciate. Complained and left a message to the manager and did not get a response. I will not recommend this Subway. I am not going back here.

As usual, I went to get my sub and soup to go, as I have done every Wednesday(for the past 8 months). As I was done ordering my sub, my colleague pointed out a big stack of mini cookies for sampling. I went and got one. It was pretty good, and went and got another one, they had different kinds, so I went to get another one. I did total four cookies(mini cookies) and one of the girls scolded me and told me that I could only get one or two cookies. First, they are samples and they have at least 4 different flavors. How can I sample all of them if I only try one? Second of all I am a regular costumer. If she wanted me to buy one, she could have said something like, «Those cookies are delicious why don’t you add one to your order and have a little something sweet after lunch». She has no costumer service skills. I am not going back to that subway ever. That girl has no manners or people skills.

Awesome service and great food! I haven’t had a bad experience here in over 3 years! Italian BMT is probably my favorite sandwich here, but anything is great. Also nestled right across the street from my home, it’s the closest healthy fast-food option. Much appreciated. But can’t give it up enough for the staff. Awesome people.

We live near this Subway and my daughters have come to love their meatball subs. We go so often some of the employees have even remembered their orders. Have to give a great review when you receive great service.

This was my first time at this Subway and I was blown away with how nice they were. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy who made my sandwich because he did it perfectly. He went out of his way to make sure it was how I wanted it. They were all super kind, funny and personable.

Normally most Subways are good… but this one was not good today. I went in and there was no one in line… I guess maybe I irritated the lady behind the counter by even coming in. she was deadpan and very unpleasant. I asked for the Double Chopped Chicken Salad… She BARELY put any lettuce… I mean do I really have to ask for DOUBLE lettuce? I mean come on… then I asked if I could ADD bacon. meaning I know there will be a charge… she says it very rude«There will be a charge» like the bacon is made of gold… yes I get it its fine. When she’s done she gets the bowl and the salad only fits in half the bowl I mean really!!! I should have said something but didn’t want to talk to her any longer… so basically I paid $ 10 for a half of a salad. Not very good today Subway!
