Went to fill a prescription here for our dog. We had no idea in advance of the cost for 22 GRAMS (less than one ounce) of an ointment our vet had prescribed.
When we picked up the prescription we were shocked to hear the cost of this miniscule tube: $ 85.00!
Thinking that Rite Aid must be charging a competitive price, we paid for the medication.
Upon arriving home we decided to price check with Costco ’ s pharmacy only to discover that their price for the same ointment, same size tube, was $ 13.23!
So Rite Aid was gouging us over 6 times a competitor’s price.
Having not yet opened the tube, we called Rite Aid about the price disparity. No reason for the difference was offered and they stated that they would not allow a return and refund.
Needless to say, we will never patronize Rite Aid again for any product whatsoever.

Very helpful pharmacy. They took the time to explain all the insurance coverage when I was switching insurances, and they always greet you with a smile, even if they see you after a hard customer. They work hard, and they are always really punctual with their timing.

The most outrageous experience where I was treated poorly and all my requests were disregarded because the employee was more interested in talking and providing service to three young girls. I left the store upset without getting what I paid for.

If my rating was based on the ice cream, selection of flavors and low low price alone, I would give them 5 stars. I come here a lot in the summer for ice cream. For the most part, the servers or scoopers are great. BUT there is ONE (always is) that HATES scooping ice cream. It’s obvious in her attitude and her TINY scoops. Sorry Brenda, but next time, if your behind the counter, I think I will mosey around the store for a while until you leave and someone else takes over. The manager, don’t know his name, is always friendly, always smiling and serves up a mean scoop of ice cream. Maybe he should give Brenda a few pointers and a class on customer service with a smile. ;)

It’s rare that I would review a pharmacy, but this one gets high marks from me. The staff is friendly and the store is kept clean over all. The layout of store makes things easy to find. The problem is that its not open 24 hours. So if you need a 24-​hour pharmacy, the CVS on Reseda and Devonshire is where you need to go.

This location has everything you might need in a quick jam. Of course you’ll pay more $$ for products than other places but its the convenience factor. I recommend signing up for their rewards card for better deals & coupons.
