Dr. Moody is a fantastic dentist. I drive an hour to see him and he is always flexible with schedule and very professional explaining all procedures thoroughly. His assistant Caroline is wonderful as well.

Dr. Moody is the greatest dentist ever. I have been going to him for 20 years and I have tried other dentist and I always go back to him. He is honest, he used to be an instructor at U.C.L.A. and he knows what he’s doing. His prices aren’t out of line with other dentist and any time I had any problems he is always there. If you have the opportunity go to him, you and your family will be glad you did.

the worst dentist. this guy lives out of his car and it looks like a bad episode of hoarders. why go to a guy that has terrible hygiene himself… STAY AWAY AND DR MOODY iS EXTRA MOODY

Its bullshit that this place even has to get a complimentary star just to post the review.
Ive seen locker rooms cleaner that this filthy dump. All the files are just stacked on the counter, not even in a file cabinet…(HIPAA violation???). There is other shit stacked in the room that he uses to work in. The room is also missing a piece of the wall, so you can practically see clear to the waiting lobby. He pretty much gets upset if you cant keep your mouth open for 5 minutes straight. And complains that you are making his job harder. He has you in the most uncomfortable 45°decline position for whatever fucking reason.
It took 4 appointments to «replace» 2 old crowns, in which the job was still never completed. He lost the impressions twice. when he was scraping some of the old cement off to place the crown, he didn’t numb my mouth & asked that I stop moving so much. Then, the crown falls out on its own after 6 months.
The door is always locked DURING business hours. On one visit the receptionist’s kid was running through the whole office including the room in which I was being worked on. Another visit, He was discussing money issues he was having with the office or whatever. I was told I needed to pay $ 400 upfront, and once insurance pays, they will refund me whatever was overpaid… hmmmmm, ok. When I had asked what the status was on submitting the claim, they said they were waiting for a response from my insurance. When I called the insurance, they said the claim was never filed.

Quirky indeed, but agree this seemingly disheveled doctor knows his dentistry, accepts payments and is available for emergency’s if needed.

Quirky, but good, dentistry. Office is untidy but that’s forgiven as they go out of their way to accommodate emergencies and do good work that lasts.
