My Noritz tankless water heater stopped working on 12/31/2015. Only a few businesses answered my call. Gary received my call on that day but he could not see me on that day, but he texted me that he would contact me if he could come out on Saturday (½/2016). As Gary promised, he text me Today (½/2016) that he could come out to look at my problem. Less than an hour, he completed the repair for me to have hot shower again.
