I usually really enjoy this store but the last time (today) was beyond horrible. I ordered a sub online and was told to pick it up 20 minutes later. So I arrive when I am supposed to pick it up and it is not ready. After 15 minutes I asked when my sub would be ready and they told me they had accidently mixed up the ticket and needed to remake it. Fine but it shouldn’t have taken them 15 minutes to tell me that. When I got home my sub was still wrong. Talk and out frustrating! I understand they are busy and things happen but communication with a customer is key. I called to tell them that my sub was still wrong and was placed on hold for 6 minutes 40 seconds before I hung up. This is not what I have come to expect from this location. To say I’m dissapounted is an understatement.

Generally a decent sub sandwich shop, a little pricy, but not that bad. However, their staff has an anti-​customer attitude starting with the manager. They argued with me over the sandwich size when I ordered a 6″ and foot long which are subway terms. They told be they had a 7.5″ and a 17.25″. So I ordered a regular size and «the bigger» size. Again, they failed to acknowledge unless I used the exact terms of regular and Giant. So, I ordered the regular and giant, all with people waiting behind me. Then, I did have a question for my son at home on if he wanted onions and bell peppers on the Philly cheese. So I asked them to just start the meat while I called to find out. They refused, ok, but 45 seconds later I had the answer, and they ignored me until after all those behind me went. Then I stood there while they ignored me for about 30 seconds, just passing me by. I asked the manager to at least get the grill going, and he said that he didn’t want to burn the meat. So finally, with a surprised look, they acknowledged me and took the order. Then, while starting the meat grilling the nice young man said, «I don’t appreciate this.»
I blew the order off then left, went home and called the manager, who was nice, but also a dick if you know what I mean. He had an uncaring attitude then hung up on me when I started recapping what my feelings. I called back, and he basically didn’t seem to care too much.
So be it, my family and I have eaten there at least 50 times. Well, no more. That is 7 lost patrons.

Staff are not very friendly and act like you’re putting them out when you place an order. Got a chicken cheesesteak and there was barely any meat/​cheese on it. When I called to complain I got major attitude. The parents of my son’s friend own 2 Jersey Mike’s, I mentioned it to them and they said, «Yeah, some of the stores short the hot subs.» The location on Nordhoff & Tampa blows this place away.

i ordered a tuna and ate it 30 minutes later. The sandwich was completely Soggy and tastes terrible. apparently they do not dry their vegtables. When i ordered it i asked the sandwista won’t those overwet vegtables make my sandwich soggy, he said no it won’t do that. HE was wrong!!! it sure did!!! The Bread was Mush. it was terrible. what’s crazy is that i did not get vinegar and oil, or «MIKES WAY» or any condiment and it was still soggy. I will not be going back here. if i’m going to get a soggy sandwich i should go to 7 – 11 or subway and pay ½ the price. better yet go somewhere like togo’s across the street who has never given me a soggy sandwich.

I like their SUBS!!! a little pricey but the taste and freshness is sooo good!!!

Been to jersey mikes a lot and tried a lot of different locations and this has to be my favorite. Staff is super cool they make u feel at home, you get the vibe like they actually want to be here instead of someone constantly looking at the clock waiting to go home. Food is nothing but amazing, no matter how busy it is you don’t wait too long for a sub, and also I come here pretty often and Kenny already knows what I order and takes care of it without me even saying anything how cool is that. Nothing but positive experiences every time I’ve been here overall very great place.

First time to this location, my daughter ordered a mini veggie and the guy asked if she was vegetarian or vegan and if he needed to clean the slicer. He also went and got a clean knife for her sandwich, I very much appreciated that! All the workers had a great attitude and were very friendly. Store was clean and food was great!

I went in this evening to grab a quick sandwich while at work and when I walked in was greeted immediately by both people. They had a great attitude and definitely made it a good first experience. My sandwich was amazing and I really enjoyed the bread because im picky about that.

I have been on an Italian sub kick lately and only recently tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time (and went back for a second time too!) I was much impressed. First off, they greet you like you’re a friend when you walk in. When it became apparent that I was a Jersey Mike’s virgin, they were thrilled to have the opportunity to win over a new convert. They told me I’d never eat at Subway again, ha ha. And they gave me a free cookie since it was my first visit. Nice!
Their Original Italian sub is exemplary– the perfect ratio of meat and cheese and veggies and dressing. Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni and Mike’s Way: Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices. It’s big enough for two meals.
I will definitely be eating my way through their menu. I love how they have a meat slicer right on the counter so you can watch your sub being created. Jersey Mike’s, you have a new fan!

It was my first time coming to this Jersey Mike’s and my last. I’m giving them one star because they were quick with my order, however I only ate half my wrap because it was the only side not completely drenched in ranch. The other half was so soggy that there was no way I could eat it. My other complaint was their lack of organization. It was a lunch rush but there was only 3 or 4 other customers in line besides myself. At the end the cashier grimly told me to have a nice day without handing me my food. Im sorry I’m not a mind reader and couldn’t tell which wrapped meal was mine.

I usually come to this location often, today’s service was dismal. I placed a phone order, showed up 20 mins later no sandwich. Employees seemed very discombobulated. Just handed me a sandwich and said nothing, but went back to there conversation about the young ladies in line. Not very busy either for that location. Maybe the supervisor was out on sick day. This location definitely left a sour taste for me. Sandwiches are always good here. No complaints there.

First time at a Jersey Mikes, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Staff were very patient and helpful with my daughter and me. ALSO, we each got a FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE FOR BEING FIRST TIMERS. Sandwiches were delicious, we will definitely be back. Thank you Jersey Mikes Staff!

I always phone in my order, foods always ready when I arrive and they check me out quickly. Although I don’t eat them myself I’m asked regularly (weekly) to pick them up by 4 of my managers, they like the sandwiches. I’m just not a sandwich person.

Growing up in Jersey this store reminds me of Blimpie Base. They have the same sandwiches differently named of course. One sandwich that I loved that’s not on the menu is their version of the Blimpie burger.
They have Tastycakes but wish they could add more East Coast snacks: Wise potatoes chips, Drake products (Devil Dogs) just to name a couple.
My only complaint is when paying with a credit card it asks to select a tip. That should be not be an option added at ANY fast food restaurant.

One of my favorite Jersey Mike’s locations! The staff is super cool here and it’s a real laid back chill environment inside. I love how it’s tucked away here in the corner of this Granada Hills shopping center and there’s always ample parking.
What can I say… every sandwich here is good and you can’t go wrong. The bread is spectacular, the ingredients are fresh and clean and something about how they shred their lettuce here makes the sandwiches taste that much better.
JM’s has taken over as King of the Hill as far as sandwich shops are concerned and it’s gonna take someone special to knock them off! Everyone else is a distant second.

Official Jersey Mikes convert… Subway and Quiznos has nothing on them. I like that the meat and cheese is cut to order, their bread is crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside, and the menu is simple. My go to is the Italian Mikes way with peppers. This location has great employees. Love that I live down the street.

i returned here a few days ago to snag my birthday sandwich and it sure was a hell of a lot better experience this time around!
I ordered the super sub regular on white #5 which comes with ham, proscuitto, cappucola, and provolone cheese; then for condiments added lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, oil, vinegar, and peperoncinis!
they also have me a free cookie! awesome
the staff was super friendly, everyone saying happy birthday to me, and having a fun time!
my sandwich too… oh man it was delicious! probably the best Jersey Mikes sub i have had and i am nNOT just saying it from the experience!
maybe it has been so long since i have had it but it was very good!
the meets were thinly sliced and fresh, cheese was just right, and all the veggies were fresh, crunchy, and perfect!
will be happy to return

Pretty awesome sandwiches. In my opinion this place blows away subway and Quiznos. The bread, veggies and deli meats seem tastier and fresher to me. Also the sandwich options make sense.
If it’s your first time, I recommend the club with avocado.
The staff (not only here but at various locations I’ve been to) seem laid back and easy going. So stop on by for a quick bite to eat!

Quality Freaking Sandwich!!! Subway, who? Quiznos, huh?
Jersey Mike’s is a great sandwich place. I was in sub heaven when I bit into my sandwich.
