I was very impressed with Carey as his tenacity is what caught my attention. After unsuccessfully working with a previous agent for almost a year, I let the prior listing on my home expire. Shortly thereafter, Carey began stopping by my home to inquire about making a new listing and went through 2 No’s before finally getting a Yes from me. He quickly came in and assessed the property, came up with some solid comps, recommended a couple of handymen to do some light work to improve the property’s marketability, and ended up selling my home above his list and the prior agent’s list.
