I hate this place every time I go here they make the weakest banana splits in the buissnes, the bananas are placed on the bottom not the sides, okay? The whip cream is no where near the top of each ice cream scoop. And last time they forgot to put the nutts!

Be careful of the red ice cream cake here. The red frosting taste like poison. My two year old will have red hands all week because the only thing that can take the red out is paint thinner.

Had a 2 scoop sundae. Two scoops fit next to each other in the cup. Pathetic and a total ripoff

Good location, lots of parking, clean interior and friendly staff. It’s all good.

Didn’t got a chance 2 review this place. Was there almost a week ago. Oreo ice cream at its best .
Specially the quartz at $ 5.00 good deal.

My rating is in their customer service… two girls behind ciunter, my friend and i are only 2 customers other than hi from them they continue doing whatever it is they are doing and dont wait on us, we other ladies walk in and one clerk goes amd help them… poor customer service … i will trll u if they makre a thick shake like the other baskin robbins. okay just returned my shake thats 90% milk barely taste the mint chocolate chip icrcream… wont be back to this location. Hope the oener trains his girls better

Okay the ice cream is great so me and my best friend, Jessica, walked here from our houses local in granada hills… me and Jessica got a scoop of ice cream in a sugar cone each + colored sprinkles and by the way the man put sprinkles only on the top, not all around the scoop like it should me. Now let me get to the good part; we started to count out change from our wallet and we got to 4 $ in change and as i was about to pull my visa card out to pay for the rest (the bill was $ 6.37) he smerked off at the mouth thinking i was trying to walk away not paying the full price. I slammed down the change and pulled out my card… that shut his mouth.

It’s funny we are always bombarded by tip jars at all places. I ususally ignore them, but this time I really liked the server and wanted to tip him and looked for the jar and there was not one in sight. He said it was against the policy to have a tip jar. I still tipped him.
Does that mean we want to give when it’s not in our face demanding it.

It was a warm day today and my pup and I were really craving an ice cream sundae. We came here oober excited! The lady however didn’t seem as excited and instead drained like she could sleep for 15 decades. Yikes! She started about how dogs are not allowed. I told her that he is locked up in a bag and not hurting anyone. She finally caved… I explained «may I have one vanilla and Carmel sundae carmel instead of chocolate.» She walks over and pours hot fudge on it! Huh? Haha okay she said she thought I said chocolate and carmel. uhhuh. I told her that I will take that one if she makes anothernone without chocolate and «to please dress this up a little more». It looked like a nasty concoction. She did better the second time. Ice cream was good! Percy enjoyed it. :)

Mint Chocolate Chip. When you get a double scoop, you get a free waffle cone. Yum Yum!

I scream! You scream! We all scream for Ice Cream. So when the kids or little woman want their fix, we go to Baskin Robbins.

Cookies N Cream, and way too many more to name. I think they went well above and beyond the 31 flavors motto. They even have ice blended coffee drinks to go along with their malts and shakes. They even have prepacked pints of your favorite and most popular brands of ice cream.
The people working here are always super friendly, even when the kids want to try every flavor they have in the place, then say they are full. And even more so when you walk in 5 minutes before closing, and they don’t rush you in the least bit. Everything they make tastes just as good, each time, no matter who is making it for you.
Round all this out with soft serve cups and cones and its not hard to figure out why we choose Baskin Robbins every time we want ice cream!!!

I enjoyed a single scoop of Ice Cream (mint chocolate chip) at this location and enjoyed my experience in a cool atmosphere on a warm day so this was definitely a pleasant time had with a sweet result!

I stopped by here on Saturday August 11^th to pick a cake up for a party. It was not a pre-​ordered cake, just to grab what they had. It was about 100 degrees out, and the store did NOT have the A/​C running. It had to be well over 90 inside. I used to own a baskin robbins years ago, and I can appreciate how hard it is to cool the stores, but this is ridiculous. They just didn’t have it on. The cake selection was fairly limited to about 10 «custom» cakes and about a dozen pre-​made pies and cakes. We selected a cake, and was asked what we wanted on it. The lady didn’t understand what I wanted, and wanted me to write it down. Instead, to make it easier, I wrote on it myself. It was nice that she let me do it, but what if a customer can’t do that. It concerns me since I see other posts stating the same thing about mis-​spelling. I hope the store can get these issues fixed as there are many other Baskin Robbins out there that have much better service thus far.

Spell a relatively easy name wrong on a birthday cake — okay, whatever… so you’re missing the only vowel in a 5 letter name so that it makes no sense when read. *shrug* But spell the word BIRTHDAY wrong on the same birthday cake? Word? Is it that hard to spell? It’s birthday NOT birthay. That’s a pretty low threshold, even for minimum wage. And a lesson learned for the child whose birthday cake was screwed that not pursuing higher education could lead to less favorable outcomes in life, like a job at Baskin Robbins.
