I got locked out of my apartment and called them and they came in about 25 min, he worked really hard to get my door open and then he got it! And my door lock was put in backwards ! They were fast and never give up! Thanks so much! For sure recommended them

They’ve handled my locksmith needs for years for multiple properties in the San Fernando Valley and also in Antelope Valley. I’ve never had an issue.
Amir is very reliable and always takes my calls, day or night. I think a previous reviewer may not have been aware that locksmiths typically work in the field and they’re not always at their brick and mortar locations.
This really is a good company if you need a locksmith. He faxes me his bills regularly and I still wonder how he stays in business because his prices can’t be beat anywhere else.

Worst place EVER. I give them 1 star due to the fact they have many keys available. Last month I stopped by four times before they closed at 5 pm and they were all locked up. I called the number and the machine was on. I even left a message asking someone to call me back to let me know when they would be closing the next day seeing as its 4:40 pm now and their closed.
Today Oct 20^th I’m sitting in my car waiting for them to open. The sign on the door says 9 am. It is now 9:22 am. I just called the number and the man that answered said he’s not sure when they would open «the guy must be running late».
NEVER AGAIN. I will go back to Home Depot.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ARKCO YOUR BUSINESS!!! I have never written a negative review but after my experience with them this past Sunday I decided to warn everyone about doing business with them. I had an appointment with Mike at 12:30 to get two car keys programmed for $ 120. I rushed there with my husband to make sure I would be on time. I was told by the person at the shop that Mike took another call, and would be back in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes went by with Mike not showing up, I asked again, and then was told that Mike took yet another job, and would not be there to meet me and program the keys at all. o one apologized, and I was told that if I left my number he would call me, but he never did.
I wasted a couple of hours of my Sunday, and got nothing. Beware.
