Xtreme Clean Carpet Tile & Grout Cleaning

We tried Xtreme Clean Carpet with a coupon offer that stated $ 99.00 for WHOLE house. We have 4 bedrooms, a hallway and 26 stairs. When the cleaners arrived, the owner surveyed the project and said the master bedroom would have to count as 2 rooms, the closet would count as another room, the hallway would count as a room and each stair step would be a couple of dollars. Anyway, after having purchased the coupon offer for $ 99.00, I was told to complete the job would cost an additional $ 96.00. I tried to negotiate and stick to what the coupon offer stated and the owner was resistant and stated that they couldn’t do the job with just the coupon. We couldn’t understand why they would stink!
