Great spot. They made a killer cake for my daughter’s birthday. The carnitas are a thing of beauty.

Foods good. You must try the grilled chicken on Fridays and Saturdays!!! Awesome! Good Latin market.

This is a great little grocery store with a friendly staff. Don’t be afraid to go in because you might not speak Spanish. Their English is just fine! Their prices aren’t going to compete with Walmart, but then again it’s a small family run business that does the city proud. There is a great little eatery in the back, to the left of the meat counter. You can get tamales on the weekend which are delicious. Try the pork. (puerco) The carne asada tacos are the best around. They come on a corn tortilla, with carne asada, onion and cilantro. Ask them to put avocado for an even finer taco experience! They are $ 1.50 a piece and worth every penny. The salsa’s are delicious, and made on-​site. I probably shouldn’t be writing this, because then I’m going to have to deal with lines… but I figured it was too good not to share. Enjoy!!!
