My friends and I had been wanting to take our kids here since we found out about it, but the $ 10/kid price was too much for us to swing without knowing what to expect first. Especially because we were going with 3 adults, 6 kids between the three of us plus 2 nanny kids, and two of our kids friends. That’s $ 100 worth of admission. Even if we bought the«frequent jumper card» with 10 open jump admissions it would be $ 70 for the kids to get in. What if we got in and they thought it was lame? Or we as parents thought it was unsafe or dirty or too busy… or whatever else. The price was daunting. However, we found a 50% off admission coupon online and collectively between all the parents printed enough to get the kids in for $ 5 each instead of $ 10. At this price, totally worth it. The kids had a BLAST. I honestly expected us to be there for an hour or two max, but they were entertained for HOURS. Honestly. we didn’t see much of the kids while they were there which is good and bad. I was glad they were having a good enough time to not be hanging on us asking when they could leave. There was enough to do to entertain them for a long time. I do agree however that the set up inside is a little off-putting. From the parents lounge area, you can’t really see your kid inside any of the inflatables. But, whatever. I wasn’t really that worried about my kid. it’s Grafton, WI. It’s a pretty safe area. Yes, I know there are creeps everywhere… but if you parent under that theory your kid would never be able to do anything. I was less than 100ft away from my kid at all times, definitely within shouting distance. Plus they have the safety measures put in place so that kids cannot leave the jump zone with anyone besides the adult who has their matching wristband code. You also can’t see the cubby area from here, which is probably why there was the theft issue noted in another review. If this area was in clear view once you’re in, I think people would be less willing to steal other people’s things. I also like that you are able to bring food in with you. So, if you plan on playing for a long time you can bring snacks and drinks for your kids and you do not have to buy them there. Also, your wristband is valid for the whole day. So, you could leave and go to a restaurant(or home) and come back afterwards without paying admission again. I recommend bringing bottles of water or something else for the kids to drink. Our kids were very thirsty after running around so much. All in all… This place is pretty cool. It could be organized a little better, but they made do with the space they have inside. It entertained our kids for an entire day which is AWESOME considering they’ve been cooped up inside so much this winter. Not sure we would go here in summer when it’s so nice outside but for days when the kids are driving you completely bonkers inside… this is an excellent way to wear them out. Plus there’s comfy couches to relax on and free wifi. :)

We love Jumping Country. It is a wonderful place for kids to run around, bounce, and burn off energy. Perfect for those super-cold winter days. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Upon entering, each child is given a wristband that has a numeric code on it, and the supervising adult is given a tab with the same code on it. No child is allowed to leave the facility without an adult presenting the tab having the code matching the one on the child’s wristband. So even though it’s a large indoor space and we occasionally lose track of our 4-year-old, we know he won’t leave without us and we always find him again relatively quickly.

Had a blast here with my son! The 3 stars are for the facility, not our experience. The inflatables were great and I love that I could go on them with him. It was a bit pricey, but after a little discussion at check in, I was allowed to use my $ 2 coupon I found on the Internet. One girl did not have a problem with it, the other insisted it must be printed. The coupon clearly said, show coupon on your phone at check in. There were a few times my son ran off in between inflatables and I had to search for him, but he was easily found. I just had to keep a very close eye on him. He also took a wrong turn and ended up behind them along the wall where they were plugged in. Sorry, a few cones and a sign that says do not enter are not much if a deterrent to a 3 year old. Also, I’m not sure why, but the curtain in the basketball inflatable was raised up maybe a little under 3 feet in between the courts. A kid not paying attention could easily clothesline themselves :( As far as things getting stolen, I have been to many of these kid friendly places, and most do not have a locked area for your belongings. Why you would bring anything valuable or a $ 50 pair of children’s shoes into a place like this is beyond me. Overall, we had fun. Maybe if they moved the spaceship inflatable in the back of the room that never had any children on it to open up this place, it would be easier to follow your kids around. We will likely go back!

Jump, run, flee away! This place has a very happy face owner who greets you at the door. Then you pay for your children to enter an unsupervised and very difficult area to watch your children. My daughter and I went her on a Saturday morning. They have shelving for your shoes to go on. By the time we left, someone had stolen my daughters $ 50 Cinderella shoes from Stride Right. The owner did not give us a credit or free entrance fee to come back. Very poor customer service with theft and vandelism. No support for parents to obtain their belongings or care. They really just want to take your money. Once you pay, you pay the devil, enter at your own risk and carry ALL your belongings with you at all times. Also, there are no cameras in the ceiling help supervise any unwanted behaviors. This place is begging for for a lawsuit. There are a lot of dark corners in the inflatable playgrounds that something bad or bad people or perverted people could do something to our children. NOTSAFE. I followed my child everywhere, not letting them out of my sight for a moment. My mother in law is a social worker for the county and she has told me of many instances of children inappropriately touching little children or sick human being getting hold of children. This place is a place where something bad could happen. Do not come here, run and flee. Go somewhere else where your belongings will be safe and there are a lot of staff and cameras that will help keep our children and belongings safe. Personally, I love Inflatables in Peawaukee. I don’t mind the drive, they have lots of staff, cameras and cubbies that i feel safe keeping my belongings in and I always get them back in tact. Do not come to this place. NOTSAFE, No support for parents, No Staff, Dirty, and Dangerous.
